Petits Noirs is a boutique chocolatier founded by Lan Wong and James Boulanger who are obsessed with producing hand-crafted, micro-batch chocolates and confections. All of our products are made lovingly by hand using traditional French techniques, the finest chocolate imported from France, and quality ingredients sourced mainly from Washington and Oregon. We have a deep commitment to crafting creations that are not only inspired by the fresh produce grown in the valley, but also derived from the various complex notes found in the beautiful wines produced in the area.
