Locati Cellars was founded in 2005 by Michael Locati, third generation farmer of Walla Walla Sweet Onions and asparagus. Locati focuses on Italian varietals grown in Washington soil: Sangiovese, Barbera, Pinot Grigio, Orange Muscat, and Primitivo.
