Brasserie Four is a fantastique location for a fun dinner or a weekend lunch that will transport you to France. Located on the corner of Main Street and 2nd Ave, Brasserie Four pairs French cuisine with local art and fine wine in the heart of downtown Walla Walla.
To start: Amuse-Gueules
Dining with friends is made all the more fun with an assortment of items off the Amuse-Geueles menu at Brasserie Four. Featuring a selection of pâté, escargots, and oysters on the half shell, as well as cheeses and charcuterie, this menu is enough to fill you up. But you’ll want to save room for Les Salades and Les Soups!
Moving on to Les Salades and Les Soups
Just wow. From the charming Trois and Vertes salads to the more hearty Nicoise and Caesar, les salads menu at Brasserie Four cannot be overlooked! On a hot day, enjoy the Vichyssoise cold – or warm up with a hot bowl in winter months. At Brasserie Four, you’re never having “just soup and a salad” as you can see!
Main Courses – Large & Small Plates
All the frites, please! Steak Frites, Poulet Frites, and Moules Frites stand out on the menu and are tres magnifique! Order the bouillabaisse to share on a romantic night out. Ordering the braised beef in white wine and tomato broth (Boeuf en daube a la provencal) solo? We wouldn’t fault you for not sharing.
If sharing is more your forte, you will want to cast your eyes to the bottom of the menu where the pizze can be found. The Margherita Pizze at Brasserie Four is one of our absolute favorites, far from “standard fare” and plenty to share (especially if you’ve indulged in the previously mentioned menu items).
Brasserie Four regularly displayed carefully curated art from local artists, which rotate through on a seasonal basis or as items are purchased. Previous works are available to view on the Brasserie Four website, if you care to take a peek. The art is worth a visit in itself, though you’ll want to stay for a meal because … well, everything we’ve already told you about.
Dine indoors or dress for the outdoors and enjoy your lunch or dinner on Brasserie Four’s delightful expanded patio and street-ery. Step up to the bar and order a draft beer to wash down your pizze. Cuddle up with your sweetheart on the patio or in a quiet corner for a dessert of mousse au chocolat with Walla Walla Roastery espresso. While we aren’t in France, you might just feel like you are as you enjoy the inspired French cuisine of Chef Jaime Guerin and the delightful atmosphere at Brasserie Four.
