Abeja winemakers Dan Wampfler and Amy Alvarez-Wampfler collaborate with Executive Chef Jake Crenshaw to offer guests a choice of a five or seven-course prix fix menu that honors the glorious riches of Pacific Northwest land and sea. Food and wine pairings delight the senses with contrasting flavors and complementary tastes.
