Walla Walla Restaurant Month returns once again to spotlight the valley’s culinary stars. The farm-to-table restaurant scene in Walla Walla overflows with the bounty of harvest, celebrating the local farmers and ranchers who have made this region the “Breadbasket of the Pacific Northwest.” For years food lovers have traveled from near and far to sample the best of Walla Walla’s culinary scene. Once again we invite locals and visitors to come savor the creations of their favorite establishments.

During February come enjoy delicious French food with this special 3-course prix fixe offer for $42! The first course includes a choice of Pâté de Campagne, a country style pâté of pork shoulder & chicken liver, pistachios, wine & spices, or Trois Salad with beet, fennel, carrot and Champagne vinaigrette; the second course offers Moules Frites (Penn Cove mussels with fries, choice of white wine broths – Pernod & garlic or spicy tomato), Boeuf Bourguignon (braised beef chuck, red wine, veal stock, herbs, créme fraîche, carrots, mushrooms, potatoes, and pearl onions), or L’Amour Pizza (mushrooms, chèvre, preserved lemon, arugula, black truffle oil); and for dessert either 1oz of cheese with baguette or gluten-free crackers, or a seasonal berry, Nutella, or Citron crêpe.
Join us to enjoy a 3-course $49 prix fixe dinner that will include a butterhead Waldorf salad with blue cheese foam, pickled celery, raisins, apples, candied walnuts, pepitas and fine herbs; braised beef cheeks over gnocchi with rainbow carrots and pearl onions and a Cabernet mushroom demi-glace and crispy gaufrette; and orange ricotta donuts with three dipping sauces (raspberry coulis, crème anglaise, dulce de leche) served tableside.

Let’s brunch! Join us February 19 & 26 for a 3-course brunch with mimosa for $40 (reg. $50)! Brunch begins with a 3-item pastry basket and house salad, with your choice of entrée: black truffle and labneh omelette, maitake mushroom, pinenut dukkah, mint herb salad, and potato rosti; maple frosted corn flake fried chicken with sourdough waffle & shoulder bacon, spiced pecans, and roasted cinnamon butter; crispy lamb neck Benedict with harissa gastrique, tarragon hollandaise, sourdough muffin, and poached eggs; grilled red shrimp and grits with chorizo chili glaze, smoked gouda white grits, fried egg, pickled Fresno herb salad, and lime brûlée; or chicken fried wagyu beef filet with fried egg, butter and herb smashed baby yukons, onion marmalade, and red eye beef gravy. *Menu subject to change. The Kitchen at Abeja
Settle into the comfort of Abeja’s historical farmstead for a special 3-course menu sure to take the chill off a wintery February evening. Start your dining experience with a choice of smoked amberjack or buttermilk fried quail, then select from one of three stylish entrees. Choose from an elegantly prepared seabass, hearty Snake River Farms Wagyu steak, or comforting honeynut squash cappelletti, followed by a decadent dark chocolate tart. Add to the evening with an optional wine pairing menu.

The Marc Restaurant
Savor a 3-course prix fix meal for $59 that features produce from local farms. The meal includes your choice of a starter (Frog Hollow Farms squash bisque, Lucy Rose and atomic crisp salad or tempura shrimp), an entrée (pork osso bucco, slow roasted turkey pot pie or Chesed Farm mushroom rigatoni), and a dessert (cast iron snickerdoodle or Pacific Northwest sundae).

The month of February brings a 3-course prix fixe for $49! Enjoy Salmon Carpaccio with capers, dill, leeks, lemon and crostini; Osso Bucco with venison, red wine, tomato braised, fried Brussel sprouts and creamy polenta; and huckleberry cheesecake with wild huckleberries, whipped cream and mint.

Celebrate Walla Walla Restaurant Month all February with a special 3-course prix fixe menu for $49. Enjoy a first course of local beet panzanella with kale, confit shallots, white balsamic and focaccia croutons or roasted tomato and piquillo pepper bisque with olive oil and crouton; a second course of sesame crusted ahi tuna with bok choy, mushrooms and sesame dressing or a grilled 7 oz. sirloin with potato puree and sauce chasseur; and a third course of milk chocolate cremieux with hazelnuts, toffee and whipped cream or lemon curd with caramelized citrus and white chocolate.
During the month of February, there’s no better time to try all the tacos at AK’s Mercado! For $20 you can enjoy any three tacos and a pint of local beer (options from Burwood, Five Dollar Ranch and Quirk), or for those looking for something special for brunch, order one brunch entrée (memelas, migas, huevos rancheros, chilaquiles, la plaza, breakfast torta or tacos) and a Bloody Mary. Sunday brunch also brings AK’s famous beignets to the menu!
A quick 20-minute drive will transport you to Waitsburg and American 35, where you can experience good food, good cocktails, and good company! During the month of February, American 35 is offering a 3-pizza flight for the price of two, as well as 15% off all menu items (excluding alcohol). Try the vegetable specialties or housemade desserts such as Basque cheesecake and crème brûlée, or give the tournament pool table or vintage juke box a try. With a great bar and large dining space, American 35 is kid-friendly and great for large family groups.
Visit Hop Thief throughout the month of February to try their delicious pizza special, the Mediterranean Moon. Daily-made dough meets San Marzano tomato sauce, a house blend of cheese, crumbled chorizo, sliced lemon, shaved cauliflower and basil pesto to make an epic pie you won’t want to share. Finish it off with dessert – the Chocolate Sinner (pictured) is semi-sweet chocolate custard, crumble topping, chocolate ice cream with chocolate almonds, chocolate morsels and a fudge brownie because life is better with dessert.
